Abstract:  In this paper, we will review the current progress of modeling systems biology by differential equations including ordinary differential equation (ODE), partial differential equation (PDE) and stochastic differential equation (SDE). Also, we will discuss related issues including model selection, parameter estimation, model checking and software.


Moreover, there is a 12 page very comprehensive bibliography to support the notions of the work and to enable the reader to explore many more ideas and applications.
