New York Metro NExT (New Experiences in Teaching) Workshop
The Metro NExT Workshop is a mathematics pedagogy and professional development workshop geared towards graduate students, postdocs, and early-career mathematicians. The workshop is also open to anyone who is interested in learning new teaching techniques, forming a mathematical network, and finding new connections and collaborators.

Modeling in Your Differential Equations Course (Brian WInkel, SIMIODE)
We will engage you in modeling in a differential equations course by experiencing and walking through such activities as m&m Death and Immigration, LSD Modeling and Arithmetic Performance, Modeling Falling Column of Water, Yeast Modeling, and Tuned Mass Damper. Building Inclusive Communities of Learners in Online Classrooms

In this session, participants will contribute questions, ideas, and their experience. Our goal by the end of the session is to create a shared document that collects the ideas generated during the discussions.
